At Syren Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Our 30-Day Promise
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We want you to love what you ordered — and if you don't, here's how we handle it.
Unopened Products
Any unopened, unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Opened or Partially Used Products
We understand that sometimes a shade or formula just isn't what you expected once you try it. If you've opened a product and it isn't working for you, we'll offer store credit or an exchange, provided:
- The product is at least 75% remaining.
- It was purchased directly through www.syrencosmetics.com.
- The concern is raised within 30 days of delivery.
Quality Issues
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return required. Just send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order.
A Few Things We Can't Accept
To keep our standards high for every customer, we're unable to process returns on:
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).
- Items showing excessive use beyond a fair trial.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@syrencosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We typically respond within 1–2 business days and will send you a prepaid return label if applicable.
